Parking Control System
The Parking System of BT Compass captures the number plate of the vehicle accessing the parking lot with a camera,
and then analyzes the image. Then, the analyzed image data is used to link to the parking control program.
The system maximizes the clarity and the efficiency of the parking lot management.
The system uses a self-developed engine to continuously
upgrade according to the user environment or
the vehicle number plate environment.
The system uses a 1.3 Megapixel IP Camera (32Fps support).
The built-in PC in the LPR is not used and thus the durability is outstanding.
The camera conducts TCP/IP communication with the operating PC
and thus safe communication is available for long-distance at a high speed.
The system uses a Chip LED lighting and not the existing
strobe or the IR LED lighting, for high durability
and semi-permanent use.
BT Compass S/W was designed to enable setting by the manager
without a separate customizing process.
The remote parking lot management system which uses the mobile device of BT Compass uses a mobile device(smartphone)
to capture and read the number plate. Then the mobile communication network is used to transfer necessary information
to the mobile device using the D/B in the parking lot management server.
BT Compass established the world’s first system which can
read the vehicle number by taking a photo with mobile device.

Diverse information such as the vehicle number information
read by a smartphone and the parking management server D/B
may be re-acquired and verified with a smartphone using mobile
communication network(3G, 4G, Wifi) to take care of the site.
The mobile device number plate photographing process
is able to monitor illegally parked vehicles and it can
charge parking fees in the curb parking lot, etc.
The client may directly read the image of the number plate,
and use mobile payment to pay the parking fee in advance
and link with the induced control server to trace the vehicle location.

The system can reducing unnecessary consumable costs and preventing traffic congestion of exit.
Managers can check the discount details and sales information on their mobile phones through the app.
